We’re Kath and Scott Harris – it’s lovely to have you here.

I’m Kath, and after many years away, I’m so happy to be back in the region where my roots run deep. Through my HR consulting business, I’m passionate about supporting and empowering local businesses to thrive. Scott brings his own expertise to the table through his work in hydraulic engineering, helping shape infrastructure that supports our growing community.

Together, we’ve created Coastal Workspace – a coworking hub for locals and visitors alike. After relocating, we quickly realised the need for a flexible, professional space that went beyond the home office setup. We’ve designed this space to be welcoming, collaborative, and inspiring – a place where professionals can connect, create, and do their best work. We’re excited to share it with you.
